What to do if your UPI transaction is failed or pending ?

If your UPI transaction via any UPI  is failed or pending but your money has been debited from your bank account.
Then follow the below steps.

Step 1- Get the 12 digut UTR number (UPI reference number) from your UPI app/bank a/c statement. It starts with 7, 8, 9 or 0.

Step 2- Visit https://www.bhimupi.org.in/get-touch.

Step 3- Select “Transaction” under complaint tab and fill out the form.

That’s it.
If all the details are correct, you would receive an acknowledgement email via “bhimupi.org”.
They would update you about your UPI transaction status.
